Who it is for
You or your partner got Pension Credit, Universal Credit, Housing Benefit or income-related ESA on 23 August 2026, and you're named on the electricity bill with a supplier that's part of the scheme.
How to get it
Most people don't need to apply: the discount goes on your bill between October and March. If you get a letter asking you to get in touch, ring the helpline on 0800 030 9322 by 26 February 2027.
